PDFmail

PDFmail allows you to transform any type of document into PDF format very simply. It's the ideal solution for exchanging documents by e-mail or archiving them. Fully integrated in your office tools, PDF mail generates secure professional documents with hypertext links and active bookmarks.

How does it work?

Click &amp; Convert: Just 'right-click' on the file to be converted in Windows Explorer and it is automatically transformed into a PDF file. The PDF file is created with the same name as the source file and in the same location.
Print &amp; Mail: Just select the PDFmail printer from any software system or application, then the document is converted directly into PDF and included as an attachment in an e-mail. You then just need to add the recipient's e-mail address.
